In a sense, community management is very similar to city management. At each SunWest community, large or small, the Community Manager acts on behalf of the Association to oversee all day-to-day operations, much like a City Manager would for a metropolis like St. George.  Associations often perform services traditionally considered city responsibilities, such as amenity, street, and landscape maintenance.  Standards and CC&R enforcement, much like code enforcement, preserves the community quality and property values. 

SunWest is proud to have played a significant role in developing the quality of life and lifestyle features in SunRiver Communities since 2000 by organizing and facilitating fitness, educational and social activities. Since then, we've added three more thriving, lively communities under the SunWest umbrella: Bloomington Villas at the Bloomington Country Club, SunRiver Villas and the brand-new Woodland Estates.

Management is one thing; leadership and vision is another.  SunWest Management continually strives for excellence, with service as the cornerstone of our business.

What are the office hours?

SunWest Management’s office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.  We also have a 24-hour emergency service that will notify our staff of any emergencies after hours, on weekends and holidays.  

What types of communities does SunWest manage?

SunWest Management has the expertise to manage a wide array of communities.  From Active Adult (55+) with a lot of clubs and programs, to townhomes, condos, and patio homes.  SunWest also manages commercial properties.
